ECM - Enterprise Content Management

The information consumed within an organization is overwhelming and very chaotic for most organizations.  Some information is streamlined into documents and organizational files, but there is also the daily need for information, content and collaboration that is handled by outside resources like email, sharedrives, IM, etc. that needs to be harnessed for the overall information needs of the organization.  This driver lends itself to products like CustomerVision that are easy to use, yet provide the security, manageability and usability necessary for a dynamic working environment. 

A recent article in  Dec. 15 Information Management magazine expands on the need for Enterprise Content Management and previous vendors to get in the entire game around content collaboration and management.
