As we look at where CustomerVision has been taking the product over the past 2 years, we are geared toward the next evolution of Artificial Intelligence for the Knowledge Worker. The ability to deliver all the participant might need for information at their desktop. Information components will be based on:
- The department the knowledge worker is in today
- General corporate information such as HR related policies, etc.
- Information that is part of my team and/or communities that he/she is involved in currently
- External information of relevancy based on "my" job, interests, etc.
All of this information will be combined to a visual display for all my daily information needs; combining email, contacts, job skills and learning requirements, etc. Wow, think of how much more productive our workforce could be and how much more time they could spend doing the jobs we're requiring of them and expanding their capabilities for the organizational good...
